Waited 2 hours for a routine tire change. There was only 1 counter rep at most given times. I bought the tires 2 weeks in advance and scheduled the appointment then too. I showed up 15 minutes early for a 10 am appointment; someone who had a 10:30 appointment was in line ahead of me and had their change done before mine. What’s the point of scheduling time if it’s on a first come, first serve basis? The systems were insanely slow. On the plus, the reps themselves were nice. I went in for simple tire repair warranty, expecting it would be done within 1 hour free of charge. When pickup, they told me I had to pay for the new sensors they installed. I didn't know about this and didn't authorize it. The mechanic/manager said he called my number and talked to a man who approved. I did not receive any call and I showed them my call history to prove it. The manager was lying. He warned me that it would be extra one hour to restore my old sensors. His attitude was very bad and harassing. I had no option but to wait for one hour so that they could remove the un-authorized new sensors and put back my old ones. The car was not ready after one hour. I asked the front desk to check the status several times and the guy said he couldn't push his “Boss.” Another 30 minutes passed when the manager came back, I asked when my car would be done. He said in “10 minutes.” Already 1.5 hours passed but I had to wait for another 10 minutes. But my car didn't come back after 10 minutes. At the time when I had my car back, it was almost 4 hours after my initial drop-off time. And I had been sitting in the tire center with my groceries for 3 hours, all for a job I didn't authori

I dropped my truck @ my appointment time of 130pm to install 4 tires they told me 2 hours so I went shopping in Costco went back to the Costco tire shop in Gaithersburg And my truck was completed. Also this was on Saturday one of the busiest days of the week at Costco. Keven and the shop manager was very helpful and I was very impressed with how much they did and I was extremely happy with the service! 5 ✨ stars

Came here for a replacement battery that was still under warranty. I tried to call them to see if they have any in stock for my vehicle but no one picked up the phone. So I went in person to do the exchange but they didn't have any battery in stock. Instead, they gave me a refund to honor the warranty but now I don't have a battery. I have to shop around for replacement and most likely need to pay the core charge thanks to this Tire Service Center.

If you care about your vehicle, do it yourself or go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and aggravation. I didn’t think a tire rotation was something that could be messed up, so I booked an appointment. I dropped my car off at 10:50am for an 11:15am appointment and was told there were eight cars ahead of me. Instead of waiting, I went home and didn’t get a call until 5:12pm. By then it was too late to pick it up. When I finally got the car the next day, the specific 5-tire, 4-wheel-drive rotation pattern I had requested, drawn out for the front desk, and confirmed with staff was ignored. The spare was untouched, still sitting in the cargo. Worse, three out of four wheels were scratched. The wheels are on their very first rotation since being mounted with new tires only 5,000 miles ago. At this point, I may as well take a drill to the other two so at least they’ll all match. If you care about your wheels, go elsewhere. For comparison, I ordered my tires from Costco.com and had them mounted at the Leesburg Costco tire center.
